Welcome to Whispers from Bali (whispersfrombali.com), operated by WHISPERS FROM BALI, based in Bali, Indonesia. By using this website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

PRODUCTS
All bags are handmade by artisans in Thailand and Indonesia. Because each piece is handcrafted, slight variations in pattern, color, or texture may occur — this is part of the character of a handmade product, not a defect.

PRICING
Prices are listed in AUD and may change without notice. The price charged is the one displayed at checkout at the time of your order.

ORDERS AND PAYMENT
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If we cancel a paid order, you will receive a full refund.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site — product photography, descriptions, logo, and design — belongs to Whispers from Bali and may not be reproduced without permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, Whispers from Bali is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or its products. This does not affect any rights you have under Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified.

GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia, without prejudice to any non-excludable consumer protection rights you hold under the law of your own country of residence (including Australian Consumer Law for Australian customers).
