WHERE WE SHIP FROM
All orders are handmade and shipped from Bali, Indonesia.

WHERE WE SHIP TO
We currently ship to Australia, France, and the rest of Europe.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days before dispatch.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

• To Australia: 5–8 business days via Pos Indonesia, from dispatch
• To France and the rest of Europe: 7–12 business days via Pos Indonesia, from dispatch

SHIPPING COSTS                                                                                                                Shipping is currently free to Australia, France, and the rest of Europe. This is applied automatically at checkout.

Note: this applies to retail orders only. Wholesale shipping is quoted separately based on destination and order size — contact us at whispersfrombali@gmail.com for wholesale inquiries.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES (AUSTRALIA)
Orders shipped to Australia are not currently subject to GST at checkout. Depending on order value, your parcel may occasionally be subject to customs review upon arrival — any applicable charges would be the responsibility of the recipient.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES (FRANCE & EUROPE)
Orders shipped to France and the rest of Europe are sent from Indonesia, outside the European Union. Import VAT and, where applicable, customs duties are not included in the item price or shipping cost, and are the responsibility of the recipient. These may be collected by the carrier or customs authority prior to or upon delivery. We recommend checking your country's import allowances before ordering.

TRACKING
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
