WHERE WE SHIP FROM
All orders are handmade and shipped from Bali, Indonesia.

WHERE WE SHIP TO
We currently ship to Australia.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days before dispatch.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
- To Australia: 5–8 business days via Pos Indonesia, from dispatch

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and are shown before you complete your order.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES (AUSTRALIA)
Orders shipped to Australia are not currently subject to GST at checkout. Depending on order value, your parcel may occasionally be subject to customs review upon arrival — any applicable charges would be the responsibility of the recipient.

TRACKING
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
