Where do your bags come from?
Every bag is handmade by artisans in Thailand and Indonesia. We work directly with small ateliers rather than mass-production factories — that's why patterns and textures can vary slightly from bag to bag.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from Bali, Indonesia.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 5–8 business days to Australia via Pos Indonesia.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping to Australia is a flat rate of $20 AUD.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal. More payment options are being added soon.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes — you have 30 days from delivery to request a return, as long as the item is unused with tags attached. See our [Refund Policy] for full details.
What if my bag arrives damaged?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at whispersfrombali@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost to you.
How do I care for my bag?
Hand wash in cold water with mild soap, and air dry to preserve the print's vibrancy and the canvas's durability.
Do you restock sold-out designs?
Since each design is handmade in limited batches, availability varies. Follow us or check back regularly — once a design sells out, it may not return.
