Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Whispers from Bali. We want you to love your bag — here's how returns and refunds work.

RETURN WINDOW
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, with tags attached.

HOW TO START A RETURN
Contact us at whispersfrombali@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, or not what you ordered.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund, including return shipping costs, at no charge to you.

FOR AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
